Overwrites resolve in a fixed order: @everyone server permissions, then @everyone channel
overwrite, then role overwrites combined, then member-specific overwrite. An explicit deny at
a role level beats an allow from a lower-priority role.

This resolution order is why "the bot has Administrator but still cannot post" is almost
always wrong as a diagnosis — Administrator does bypass overwrites, so a failure with it
granted is usually role position, not permissions.
