Roles
Self-Roles
Also called auto roles, sticky roles
Roles members assign to themselves, plus the automatic variants: auto-roles granted on join, sticky roles that return after a rejoin, and delayed roles granted after a waiting period.
Sticky roles matter for moderation as much as convenience: without them, a muted member can clear a punishment by leaving and rejoining. Delayed roles are a lightweight verification gate — access after fifteen minutes filters out most drive-by raid accounts without a captcha.
Vetox ships self-roles on the free tier, with sticky and delayed roles on Basic.
