Sticky Message
A message a bot re-posts to keep it at the bottom of a channel whenever it scrolls out of view — used for channel rules, formats and current status.
Sticky messages solve the problem that a pinned message is invisible: pins require a deliberate click, and nobody clicks. A sticky is always the last thing in the channel.
The cost is one message deletion and one send per re-stick, which is rate-limited — a very busy channel will see the sticky lag behind.
