Ticket System
Also called modmail, support tickets
A private channel or thread opened on request so a member can talk to staff away from public channels. The standard way Discord servers handle support, appeals and reports.
The parts that decide whether a ticket system works at scale: who can see a ticket, whether a transcript survives closure, whether tickets can be claimed by one staff member, and whether there is any response-time expectation.
Threads are cheaper than channels — a server has a hard channel limit, and a busy support server will hit it.
Vetox includes tickets on the free Starter tier, with SLAs available on Max. Several competing bots gate tickets behind a paid plan entirely.
