Moderation Case
Also called infraction, warn history
A numbered record of one moderation action against one member, with reason, moderator and timestamp — queryable later so staff can see prior history before acting.
Case history is what separates workable moderation at scale from chaos. Without it, every moderator decides in isolation and a member on their fifth offence is treated as a first-timer.
Two things worth checking of any implementation: whether history is queryable per member, and whether it survives the bot being removed and re-added.
